2.3. User Obligations

The User is obliged to provide complete and accurate information necessary for the provision of services and to pay the established fees according to the issued invoices.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee specific, immediate results or profits as a result of applying our recommendations.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential losses or business damages that may result from the use of our services, to the extent permitted by law.

Our total liability for any claim related to these services is limited to the amount paid for the respective service.

4. Financial Terms and Payments

Service fees are communicated in the commercial offer and confirmed by order. All prices are expressed in lei and do not include VAT, if applicable.

• Invoices are issued upon completion of the service phase or according to the established schedule.
• Payment is due within 14 calendar days from the invoice date.
• Payment delays may incur late penalties, according to the law.

We do not offer refunds for services already provided and completed, except for cases expressly provided by law.

5. Termination of Use

A party may terminate the service agreement by written notice, with a notice period of at least 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services immediately if a breach of these terms, fraudulent use, or activities that endanger the security of our systems are detected.

6. Modifications and Contact

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the services after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.
